RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A product doesn't suit you or you've changed your mind?

Please note that products considered personalized/made to measure (engraved baton, cheer outfits, embroidered cover) as well as pompoms (any size, any model) cannot be exchanged.

Other products may be returned provided they have not been worn or damaged. For batons, they must not have been unpacked, otherwise they will not be accepted.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it to the following address: Twirling Boutique, 89 avenue des Roches, 13007 Marseille.

⚠️ The parcel must include the invoice (or a note indicating the order number) and the mention ‘refund’ or ‘exchange for XXX’.

Without this, your order cannot be identified or processed.

Return (= refund)

Return shipping costs are at your expense. Keep the proof of shipment in case of a dispute with the carrier.

You will be refunded the full amount of the returned items except for the delivery fees.

The refund will be issued once we have received the returned products in good condition.

The refund will be made by credit to the payment method used by the buyer when placing the order (if you paid by bank transfer or cheque, please send us your bank details/IBAN).

Exchange

Our policy is to meet halfway :)

Return the parcel to be exchanged at your own expense. The parcel must include the invoice (or a note indicating the order number) and the mention ‘exchange for XXX’. Keep the proof of shipment in case of a dispute with the carrier.

We will send you the new item at our expense.
